This notice explains how Nail Fantasy (“we”) handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

When you send an appointment request or message we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, the treatments and times you ask about and anything you write in your message. We also keep basic technical information (such as your IP address) to protect the website against abuse.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your request, arrange and manage your appointment, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Who we share it with

Our website host and email service provider process this information on our behalf to deliver the website and your message to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for our records, and delete them when no longer needed.

Your rights
